Grand Opening July 2010!! We look forward to serving the Westside of El Paso, Tx. Couture Parties-EP is taking childrens birthday parties and special events to the next level. The hall is under construction so as soon as I get some Pic and signage up I will start posting in more detail what our concept really is until then please stay tuned I will have update of the construction as we get closer to our Grand Opening!
